Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Shaddai Fitness, we value transparency and fairness. Please review our refund and cancellation guidelines below before purchasing or booking.

1. Class Bookings

  • Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled class to avoid forfeiture of the session.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the class being deducted from your plan or a fee being applied (where applicable).

  • We do not offer refunds for missed classes.

2. Membership Plans

  • All membership sales are non-refundable, including monthly and prepaid packages (3-month, 6-month, and annual).

  • Members may request to pause their membership for up to 30 days with at least 7 days’ written notice.

  • No partial refunds will be given for unused time if a member decides to cancel mid-cycle.

3. Massage & Recovery Sessions

  • Must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed for same-day cancellations or no-shows, but may be considered in the case of verified emergencies at management’s discretion.

4. Juice Bar & Retail Purchases

  • All juice bar and apparel purchases are final sale unless the item is damaged or expired upon receipt.

  • Refunds or exchanges will only be provided within 3 days of purchase with proof of receipt.

5. The Daily Proof Rewards Program

  • Points earned through the rewards program are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value.

  • Redemptions are final once processed and cannot be reversed.

6. Events & Challenges

  • All event sign-ups, including Daily Proof challenges and special classes, are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Shaddai Fitness.

  • If postponed, your spot will be automatically transferred to the rescheduled date.
